Nice and helpful guy, but the part I ordered and paid for over the phone 10 days ago still hasn't arrived, and they had no postage or tracking information at all when I phoned to check that it had actually been sent, so a disappointing experience I'm afraid. Update! after a 20 mile round trip to the local Royal Mail office and paying £1.50 for the underpaid postage ( it was sent with a 2nd class stamp), I now have the correct part, finally.
Arrogant seller , agreed for a complete item send just part of it . Don't trust ...
Im not someone who would normally review, especially not a good review. However I feel these guys need some recognition. The 2nd hand part they supplied me shipped up to Glasgow was perfect. 2nd hand is barely the word for it, its practically brand new. And the Quality of their packaging when shipping was outstanding. No chance at all of damage (DPD guy probably wasnt happy with the size but oh well, I am) This breaker yard is over 100 miles away from me and I have added it to my notebook for the garage, they are genuinely that good... Very Very Impressed, thank you PS. £60 for 2 nearly brand new , strut shocks, top mounts, springs with all bushes in perfect condition with no rust what so ever.... No way that could be beaten
Great company to deal with, friendly staff on the phone, good price offered for my old Mazda, even collected it without fuss, all paperwork done for me, fully licensed ELV ATF unlike a lot of scrap car collectors. Recommended to all. Lots of shelved used parts aswell!
Really friendly and quick service. One phone call and they arranged a collection and told me what l had to do with DVLA paperwork,couldn't have been easier. They were happy to collect car while l wasn't here and, even though the car was in poor condition-wheels seized,non runner-they managed the take it away without, seemingly,any problem, and with no mess. They even left me a cheque for scrap value and the completed DVLA slip for me to post off. Could not recommend them more,thank you so much, Tracey, Salcombe.
Excellent service ordered a headlight unit for my Subaru Forester and received it the next day. The unit was well packed and the price reasonable. From my experience I would recommend them.
