Avoid this business where possible!!! Even 1 star is too high. We are still awaiting a refund for tickets due to COVID restrictions. It's been 2 years and level of service and communication has been utterly poor, even aggressive at times.
Since flights have been cancelled we are being asked to wait for refund Cancellations were In March Kept being told Air India are sending £10000 A time Not good enough

Absolutely terrible experience would never fly with them again,my brother brought our tickets at the same time and ashe'd to make sure none were standby as we were taking my dad's ashes to India,no all tickets are booked with no standby he was told,I get to Birmingham airport and I'm told that my tickets on standby and when I got to Doha I would need to see if there was room on the same flight,I get to Doha and had 1 hour before the connecting flight left,spent the whole hour pleading that I could not miss the flight as the family needed to be together,luckily they took pity on me and sorted it,worst flying experience I've ever had with a company,I'd never used them before but my parents and brother had and persuaded me,never again would I go anywhere near this company
