   Beth and Emma are so good. From booking back in January with Beth and going in today to make some last minute alterations with Emma, we have received 5* customer service with both staff. Nothing was too much trouble, both really friendly, good personalities and fun. Both times we have left the shop feeling listened to and fulfilled. Will definitely go back to the girls to book our next trip.

There’s always a member of staff on hand to offer advise and give their experience of a destination and they always read up on area and reviews before booking with no pressure which is just what we like.    Terrible service tried to book a holiday last November to Costa Rica with Cannock store not very helpful at all and very abrupt. Rang up yesterday enquiring about Tunisia i was told at 9am someone would call me back 30+ hours later still no return call. I've booked 2 holidays this year 2 weeks in Mexico 1 week in Tunisia, costing over £6000 so happy I didn't give them the business. If I could mark this store zero I would. My recommendation is ring Coventry Tui superstore they are so helpful.

   We knew what holiday we wanted as we had seen it on line, so went into the tui cannock store and spoke to Emma. She was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know, even showed videos about the holiday which made us feel at ease with the booking. Even doing a price match was no problem. Very happy customers.
