From beginning with a consultation then a skin test to my appointment which took 5 hours (although i have to say it really didnt feel that long) for a colour and foils then a tone down as i wanted to go lighter, you couldn't ask for better service. I cam out feeling a million dollars with my exactly the way i had asked for. Would definitely recommend this salon.
