Visited today with my elderly mum … what a wonderful, friendly and welcoming environment! Carey was so lovely with my mum and cut and styled her hair. It looks absolutely fabulous!! My mum is thrilled with it and says she feels twenty years younger! Thank you so much Carey and to all your team . See you again soon .
Absolute brilliant hairdressers. Been so nervous about going to the hairdressers in the past as I've had bad experiences where they dont listen and do what they want but was recommended Hairport One by my sister and will always go here now. Emma did a brilliant job with my cut. Staff are friendly, lovely environment and didnt feel intimidated at all.
Recommended by a friend who knows I hate going to the hairdressers. Just had my second visit and going back for a 3rd next month. Staff are lovely and the salon is modern and clean. The coffee is wonderful. Highly recommend
Friendly staff, Amy did a great job with my haircut and blow-dry. Parking is now a bit of a challenge with the recent layout changes. Pricing is ok but lacking transparency.
I was a repeat customer, but unfortunately won’t be returning here again. I use to love when Kelly used to work here and she was a fantastic hairdresser. However, with current staff, I’m not happy with the quality and went back to explain why it wasn’t what I asked for but just didn’t get that cut I paid for.
She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted and even gave me some tips - brilliant, unfortunately I can't remember her name, think it could be Julie but not sure

Went in today for a wash, cut and blow dry, I've not had my hair cut in a long time! Kelly made me feel really compfortable and did an amazing job on my hair! Swish swish. Was offered tea on arrival i mean what else can a girl ask for! Left feeling like a new women, thanks girls!
