   Giampiero and his team are absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and professional—honestly, nowhere else comes close. I always look forward to going back! I’ve been Leanne’s client for a while now, and oh gosh, I love this girl! She’s one of those rare gems you can fully trust with your hair—just say, “Do whatever you think is best,” and boom, perfection every time. Nicole and Mia are also so lovely—it always feels like I’m just popping round to see friends (who also happen to make my hair look amazing). They all go above and beyond to make you feel special, and honestly, they are girl girls—hype queens who leave you feeling confident and fabulous. Highly recommend—just don’t book all their appointments, I still need mine!

   I’m so impressed and really happy with my hair. Nicole really listened to me, she took all the time in world to understand what I was trying to explain I wanted and went out of her way to try something new and find the right technique to achieve what I wanted. I wish I could upload the inspiration picture and then my hair picture because in the words of my best friend “oh wow, are really nailed that, it’s perfect”!

   I went to Giampiero for the first time yesterday following a friend's recommendation, and I am delighted because I had a brilliant experience. As soon as I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, greeted with a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Leanne was fantastic - she added highlights to my coloured dark brown hair. The results are lovely, and I love the cut too. All the ladies leaving the salon looked amazing - clearly all the stylists are very skilled. My regular city centre hairdressers closed down a few years ago, and since then, I've not been able to find a hairdresser that I love enough to go to regularly, but that's all changed now - I'll definitely be returning here for all future haircuts and colours! Great coffee and music, too! All in all the best experience I've had at a hair salon ever!

   Amazing salon with such a lovely atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. I've had my hair cut by both Nicolle & Leanne now and they're both fab! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

   I wanted a change of hair colour and after an initial consultation (at which they were very helpful & informative) they advised me of the process they were going to carry out to remove my original colour and then apply the new colour. Really pleased with the service & result, would definately use them again. Great coffee too!

   Never again. I don't understand how this place has a 4 star rating. When I turned up the owner had forgot my appointment. He was rude and disrespectful. The appointment was supposed to last an hour I was rushed in and out in 10 mins. Never have I felt so humiliated and disrespected in a salon before.

   I took my daughter here for the first time today, for a cut and blow-dry. The experience was very pleasant as the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My daughter loved her new hairstyle and so did I. We will both be visiting again very soon. I can thoroughly recommend this place.
