Mark is ace., we were in an emergency our caravan towing lights had failed whilst on holiday on Dartmoor and he did his best to fit us in quickly and resolved our problem which was a failure in our tow truck. Rang up to make an appointment to fit my tow-bar. Very quick to fit me in and turned the car around in next to no time. Had a slight issue with my parking sensors as a result of the tow-bar being fitted but they were very helpful in dealing with the issue, sorting it out before i left the workshop.
