I had my hair cut a while ago now at this salon and I was pleased with the results and I'm going back again tomorrow ❤️

If I'm honest...which I am...the hateful reviews on here are just malicious cyber bullying. Why not try it first?!! I can say that you receive an honest and upfront approach when it comes to what you want with your hair. Whether that's for a colour or cut the staff there are always willing to help! I personally would never go anywhere else! For those who want to write malicious and UNTRUE posts need to just jog on!
I wasn’t planning on going in the hairdressers when pulling up outside momentarily, but decided I may go in and enquire. Upon sitting for a few seconds, I noticed all the staff members glaring at me? Odd.... for potential custom.. Once completely stationary, I spotted a small sign in the window that states “cIients only”, so I got out of my vehicle to try and have a look where else I could actually go. The carpark to the few, surrounding businesses is very small, and in a really awkward location. Right next to a major ring road, so not easy to navigate or get in and out. The road just before is for permit holders only, which I found out as I went to park there first. Once out of my vehicle a member of staff came bounding out of the shop, she spoke to me extremely rudely and aggressively, ordering me to move my car, which I was already intending on doing? The woman was very aggressive in her approach, it was absolutely uncalled for. A simple word and a bit of help, perhaps?? ..Needless to say, I will not be using this salon in future.
Unprofessional, loutish, incompetent, malicious hairdresser I've had the displeasure to meet. Few weeks back, i went there to have my hair cut in a layered bob, but what she ended up doing was completely different to what i'd asked and instead of apologising, she merrily said the hair texture, quality and length has a role to play in the result, she'd given. Don't waste your money and time there. I wouldn't recommend her. Avoid at all cost.
