Shakila is by far the most talented professional and friendly hairdresser I have ever met. Her knowledge is unmatched and so are her skills. I highly recommend everyone to go to her for anything hair related.
Shakila is an amazing hairdresser. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever she does my hair she listens and talks me through what will work for me. She always puts the time and effort into every appointment. The salon is lovely and all the ladies that work there are too. Highly recommended.
Absolutely love the place! I’m a regular with Shakila and I always let her do whatever she wants with my hair colour wise as I generally stick to caramel and browns. The products are top quality and I always leave with my hair feeling so healthy. All of the girls in the salon are lovely and it’s a really nice environment. I’m always offered a hot drink when I’m there and everything is always explained.

After a year in the Lockdown and hair in need of a cut and proper style, I went to Salon 84. I couldn't be more pleased with my new style of cut, colour and highlights. AJ was my stylist who is very talented and couldn't do enough to help and please me. As is her colleague, Ruth. Always a very happy and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to two great stylists. Would recommend to anyone.
A great salon, easy to get to, parking outside, fantastic stylists and a relaxing atmosphere. AJ and Ruth are both really friendly and know their stuff when it comes to different hair types, styles and colours. If you have curly hair and haven’t found the right hairdresser for you, ask for AJ, she’s done an amazing job, the best I’ve ever looked! Ruth is brilliant with colour and I saw 2 people get theirs done while I’ve been in and both looked gorgeous and natural! I thoroughly recommend Salon84 to make you feel fantastic!
UNHAPPY - a friend had her lockdown bleached hair coloured at this salon and it looked brilliant. Therefore I booked Ruth to rescue my hair. It is horrid - bleached yellow - a wonderful dark line near the roots, not at all blended. City Centre Price but used a purple tone shampoo and not a full Toner carried out - such a dreadful colour and so now at my own expense I have had to have my hair toned darker - never again NOT even worth ONE star
