Their petrol prices are usually one of the lowest on offer. This has been the case for over a year. Needless to say they get my business. Can't understand why drivers are prepared to pay more?
Great place for fuel prices
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this Fuel Stationthat left me feeling humiliated and frustrated. After filling up my car with fuel, I went to pay at the counter, which is typically a smooth process. I paid with my card without any issues, but when I requested cash back, my card was unexpectedly declined. This was puzzling, as I had sufficient funds, and I later confirmed with my bank that the transaction hadn't even gone through—suggesting it might have been a temporary issue with the merchant’s card processor. What made this situation even worse was the response from the counter attendant. Instead of offering any assistance or even attempting to resolve the issue, she bluntly refused to help me. Her dismissive attitude made it clear that she had no intention of exploring possible solutions or even attempting the transaction again. It felt as though my predicament was an inconvenience to her, and I was left standing there feeling utterly embarrassed. Customer service is about more than just completing a transaction; it’s about treating customers with respect and understanding. Unfortunately, they fell woefully short in this regard. I expected at least a basic level of assistance, but instead, I was met with indifference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and re-evaluates their customer service protocols. No one should ever feel humiliated for simply trying to make a purchase. I certainly won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I've always been a loyal customer & spent alot of money in this shop aswell as buying petrol. Customer service has really went downhill. One person in particular....I've never met anyone so rude in my life blows their nose right in front of you then serves you without cleaning hands also gives you a dirty look and never even says a word apart from giving the price with an attitude. This wee place was so much better when the McKibbens ran it. I will never set foot in the place again.

A great family run petrol station providing impeccable customer service. The owners are extremely friendly and always happy to assist customer with any sort of problems they may have. I visit this shop regularly and will continue to do so
