   I and my family have been patients at the practice for over 30 years beginning in Mr Conlon’s time. I have since watched it develop and grow over the years . When Covid hit, Emma Prentice dealt urgently & professionally with the situation, the focus being the safety of the patients and continuation of essential treatment. I also have a very personal reason to be grateful for the overall health check, always carried out at the time of examination & why it is so important. My husband was referred directly by the dentist to Ulster hospital to investigate a spot on his face which they thought was possibly cancerous. It was indeed a basal cell carcinoma and was at a stage to be treated as an emergency, thankfully with success. The striking thing about this practice is its integrity in every aspect. Emma is just amazing, a dedicated force of nature, Fiona, team manager, was a tower of strength to me at a difficult time, Ursula, hygienist, so friendly and inspires me to want to do better, Paula at reception, the first and last to have a chat with on a visit and likewise all her colleagues. The wonderful atmosphere of friendliness & camaraderie which speaks for itself. The sense of family is real – concern, humour, and when needed, compassion. Thank you to you all Violet Clark

   Having had a recent change in health, my dentist and the hygienist have adjusted and increased my dental care as part of my overall wellbeing. The reassurance has eased my mind on so many fronts! Emma has always given me first-class care over many years. In fact she has rescued teeth which seemed beyond repair! Ursula has given the best of practical advice and continued top quality care. From the moment I walk in the door I feel welcome and relaxed knowing that I’m in the best of hands. Thank you, Healthodontic!

   I had a bad experience, and made a sincere complaint about basic things like after having filled out the forms required and waiting 15 minutes in the reception, it's only when i sit in the hygenists chair that she hands me a long consent form to sign and tells me she won't clean my teeth until i sign it, or i will have to wait for my next appointment to have them cleaned, refuses to give me basic advice that i was told i would be given like cleaning tips. To be 100% clear, I was very happy with my original dentist, outside of Healthodontist , which I told Healthodontist on my first appointment, but I went to Healthodontist as i thought they provided additional services. Since i did not receive the service i paid for , i was offered a refund and in the same breath told that perhaps this wasn't the place for me. Well, it wasn't, This was a very unpleasant experience, waste of time and money.

   Scottish dentist there told me he would have to replace all my fillings. Really??? Said no thanks and goodbye. Daughter went to him and quess what? He told her exactly the same. She and I have had no problems with our fillings. Draw your own conclusions.

   This practice went private and never bothered to let it's NHS patients know. As a result my wife cannot get registered with a dentist.They have treated their NHS patients very shabily.

   My sister had severe toothache following broken teeth the month previous. Although not a patient of Emma’s in Brunswick, we were put through to her via the out of hours emergency number on a Sunday. Her advice and willingness to help was outstanding and very much appreciated. Thank you Emma!!

   The team at Brunswick are incredibly friendly and professional. I have an severe dental phobia but Naweed and the rest of the practice put me at ease and managed to get dental work done without the need for IV sedation for the first time in my life. Would not go anywhere else!

   What a great team at Brunswick dental! I can highly recommend Emma & the team for any anxious patients. I have always had overwhelming anxiety for dental visits and Emma was able to disarm and calm me for my first treatments here. Taking the time to carefully explain each step to me, I was relaxed and felt no pain, discomfort or anxiety throughout. If you’re an anxious or nervous patient - you’re in good hands here!
