We have been seeing Dr Amy for a few years now as a family. I was a nervous patient to begin with and she calmed my nerves within the first visit. Amy has been excellent with all of my children too and they enjoy coming to the dentist!
I had an appointment with Dr Amy Stewart today, Amy & her dental nurse put me at ease as I usually turn into a scared 5 year old. No pain or discomfort throughout my fillings or clean & im no longer afraid to go back to the dentist!
My wife was very nervous on our way to Victoria Dental Care, Carrickfergus. I only managed to calm her slightly prior to arrival. She nervously entered the main door and was greeted by Pauline who talked to her and was able to relax her. She was then taken into the surgery and when she came out she was very happy. She said Dr Andrew McCammon was very good, kept her relaxed and informed her what was going to happen. His assistant Lisa was very kind. Sylvia then had to book for a further procedure which was for 2 days later (Friday 4/4/2025. Because her initial procedure was so good and the fact that everyone was so pleasant and helpful she cannot wait to go back. Top marks to everyone involved.
I have been a patient here since I was a teenager, the staff are very friendly and polite and always reassuring. Stephen is very professional and I would not want to have any other dentist. I have just had my first filling filing for 25 years and it was very relaxing from the injection to the treatment. I did not feel any discomfort, highly recommended.
