   Suspended my account for missing my appointment I’ll give you an overview because i’m true to my word. I’ve been getting my haircut by Rich for a abit of tine now since early 2024. All together i think I've missed 3 appointments which I pay £10 if i do miss it plus i always give a good tip every time I’ve been there at least a £5 tip. I have just missed my 3rd one for good reasoning and they have blocked my account. They should genuinely go out of business if they treat other customers like this wow. To say there cuts are mid anyway only went there because just didn’t have time to look for a better place but definitely will be doing now lol.

   My son is quite anxious which I made Rich aware of beforehand. Rich took this into consideration so didn’t attempt to make too much conversation with him when he was in the chair ,which was great as this can overwhelm him which has been the case at other barbers. Trim was on point too. Highly recommend Rich.

   I feel bad making this comment because clearly the barber was learning. And he really messed up my hair, that's a fact. But they charged me 17 pounds for a guy who STILL DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. I don't blame him, to be good he needs to start. But the other barbers saw that it was very bad and wrong and did nothing and still let me be charged the full amount. If you want a barber to learn, at least charge a lower price for it. I literally had to go to the barbershop next door to try to fix my hair. I was embarrassed to ask for my money back because I didn't want to discourage the guy. But the staff seeing that situation and doing nothing was a huge lack of respect. I really wanted my money back, but however, I hope the guy succeeds in learning. (I won't add photos because if I do, everyone will be afraid to cut their hair there it really was horrible.)

   Josh and Dan you lads are legends. My son is autistic and taking him to have his haircut was always a massive problem. Waiting for hours is not his strong point! The booking system is brilliant and easy to use but in all honesty... The guys are just fantastic! Going for a haircut has gone from being a worry, a chore and in some cases a nightmare... To being something mu lad actually looks forward to. The lads are great and he loves the banter and welcome he gets every time. Thanks so much, you made a real difference for us!

   Walk in or book via phone or online. 4 different barbers to choose from. Clean and tidy. I visited midweek so it was quiet. Very good service Good atmosphere inside the barbershop. Interesting interior Well laid Barber happy talking away while cutting my hair Great service and a good hair cut
