Been with this dentist years an my tooth broke yesterday an its so bad my gum inside is sliced rang today the receptionist was very rude an told me i uavnt been so iv been took of the list. Sorry iv had no issues and not even so much as a letter sent out to say would yoy like to stay on our list book an app no nothing.i am extremely petrified of dentists an he is such a lovly man I am not faulting the dentist but how his staff treated me was a disgrace.
The idea of the dentist makes me so nervous but Dr Alice and her team were incredibly patient and attentive. The appointment was swift, professional and a painless, like night and day compared to my experience with other practices.
What a wonderful dental practice with wonderful staff! Very lovely and attentive, I cannot praise them enough for their hard work! Alice the dentist was exceptional and sorted my gnashers right out! 10/10 all round!
Today I was very nervous about a deep filling having to be done. The dentist numbed me up so much I felt nothing at all. I was very calm and more relaxed than any visit to the dentist in a long time. The Dentist, dental nurse and receptionist were friendly and made me feel very at ease and I won’t be as nervous going back in future. I would recommend Loughside Dental practice to anyone 5****
