Always helpful and informative. Used them several times for changing tires. This time was a puncture repair it was quick and easy. I didn’t have long to wait and was there 8:30am when they opened.

I pre-booked My appointment on-line to have 2x tyres replaced at My loacal ''Saltash Cornwall'' depot. I called the depot two days prior to My appnt., to ensure the tyres were available, and was assured they had been delivered. On the day of fitting everything went smoothly in 35 minutes. I have also used this depot on 2x previous occasions for A-con regassing. Once again a ''happy customer''!. G.R.B....
In a world full of crap customer service this place should be proud! Needed a tyre urgently and the staff went above and beyond to get me sorted. Should be 10 stars out of 5 lol. Keep up the good work fellas. Much appreciated
Car being checked now but regardless of outcome, must praise Daniel Adam's for excellent phone and face to face customer service skills, plus exemplary positive helpful attitude. So rare to get this good treatment and so appreciated. To be fair, staff at ATS Plympton were marvelous too while helping me for over 30 years!! Daniel is young, on loan from Barnstaple branch and his training has been amazing. Keep this man, he us a gem.
