   In short, Sarah is the best barber I have been to, friendly, professional, and of course, a fantastic cutter of hair! When I moved to Nottingham 5yrs ago I had to go through the daunting task of finding a new barber. Luckily it only took three attempts to find Sarah at Uppercuts. I always feel at home when getting my hair cut with Sarah, and a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere is what I always get along with a perfect haircut. Couldn't recommend Uppercuts enough!

   First time visiting and what a local gem. The website and Google maps meant I felt a little unsure I was going to the correct place, but it's relatively obvious once you turn up. (Just deep into a fancy housing estate) If you want to sit in silence this isn't the place for you as Sarah is super bubbly, chatty, friendly and inviting. She made me feel like I had been going there for years. The haircut was spot on and Sarah cut it exactly as I asked. I will definitely be returning for my next cut here. All around great service.

   I recently got my first fade haircut from Sarah, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As someone trying a fade for the first time, I was a bit nervous, but Sarah’s skill and personable nature quickly put me at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered an amazing result that exceeded my expectations. The precision and detail she put into the cut are truly impressive. Not only is Sarah incredibly talented, but she also made the entire experience enjoyable with her warm and friendly demeanor. I left the salon feeling confident and thrilled with my new look.    A barber with a DIFFERENCE and unique on two levels 1. Sarah opens to 8pm each weekday evening so office dwellers like me have an alternative to the Saturday morning appointment scrum 2. Never had a nose ear and forehead wax ever and never expected in a barbers but I felt like a million dollars after. Sarah also LISTENS to her clients and asks what’s wanted and constantly asks if happy with what she is doing Feel totally confident I will ALWAYS get a great cut and finish from Sarah and won’t get scalped by less skilful barbers who only want to do what they want. My first barber cut since the pandemic due to family shielding and first try at Upper Cuts and I will be back. Superb experience and very reasonably priced.

   Amazing! Sarah was able to rescue my daughters hair after she decided to restyle her own hair really short. I am stunned at the fantastic job Sarah was able to do to rescue the situation. Daughter and daddy are very happy customers as while I was there I had my hair cut too and they did a brilliant job with my hair too. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back in the future. Thank you so much for turning a catastrophe into a cool hair cut!

   This was my first time at UpperCuts West Bridgford, and I will definitely come back! Sarah did amazing job with my hair. I didn't know what I want, but she advised me what would be suitable for my shape of face and she was absolutely right! She also created a great atmosphere, we had a nice conversation and I didn't even noticed, when she finished. I recommend to everyone!

   First time getting my haircut with Sarah and I will definitely be back. She is a fantastic hairdresser with a big personality. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and then gave great advice on how to make my hairstyle better. Very professional with a relaxed atmosphere. Oh and mark made a great cup of tea too.
