   Local and the major chemists in town had no supplies of the tests I required so rang around and found this pharmacy. Very pleasant on telephone and equally so whan I called in, to both myself and other customers in front of me - both the assistant who initially served me and the pharmacist who had to approve my order were very polite and efficient. No hesitation in going back if necessary as this was exactly how any service provider should conduct their business. Many thanks

   Hi, I’d never used this pharmacy before as I live a little out of the way, but I popped in on Saturday as my usual one was closed. I was served by a very pleasant, polite and professional young lady - she’s a real credit to the pharmacy. I’d definitely recommend this place and will happily use it again.

   Customer service could do with improving; they seem preoccupied with backroom sorting than serving customers at the front desk. This leads to long wait times even though there is no queue. Communication isn't great either; ranging from poor interpersonal skills to difficulty understanding the status of a prescription.

It's always a pleasure to deal with the chief pharmacist in charge, Pardeep and the staff are always friendly and attentive. They always look after their customers.    I really like the this pharmacy because they have all the medication ready on time and the staff are very friendly and good service and very helpful. I have been there regular costomer for many years. Yes I would recommend my friend and family to this pharmacy. I give the pharmacy 100%. It is a very clean pharmacy. If you need your medicines and they don't have it they will order it straight away and have it in pharmacy by the end of the day which is excellent. Once again the staff are very helpful and friendly.
