   I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. One of my prescriptions took over a week to be prepared, with no clear explanation for the delay. Even more concerning, my other prescription was given to another patient, and the pharmacy told me it had been collected after giving that person my address — which was incorrect anyway. This is a serious breach of confidentiality, and it’s left me wondering how often mistakes like this happen. Patients should be able to trust that their personal information and medication are handled safely and professionally. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

   Very bad pharmacy, they take very long to pick up the phone, it likes sabotage! Also I was put on hold for 5 minutes and the person never came back, been calling and calling but no one is wanting to pick up!! I always want to make sure that what I want to buy it’s there before going there, in case I waste my money on taxi or my patrol, and for them to pick up , they sabotage your call.

   After a very disappointing doctors appointment regarding my 2 year old daughter I went to collect the prescription at the chemist this afternoon and explained my distress to one of the pharmacist’s who served me, she was very kind, informative and a lot more helpful to me than the doctor was

   I always have ordered my medication from here. The man who answered the phone is very rude and has no manners. I gave 1 star only because of him. The rest of the staff are great.

   Rude. I needed medication which they had but I didn't have a prescription. When my caseworker asked on behalf of me to put meds aside they wouldn't and said other people are waiting for it too. There was no need for that. I need a certain medication and as a demand for it they weren't understanding.
