   Got flu jab here quite efficient service 10/10 for the pharmacist who did the injection as hardly felt the needle always good for someone slightly needle phobic. Were also very helpful when buying tablets later the Same week.

   Travelled 30 minutes to this location for a pre-booked Travel Vaccination appointment (booked 2 weeks in advance) only to be told on arrival that the pharmacist was away for the next three weeks and they wouldn't be able to help me. Absolutely useless service. The staff on duty were unhelpful, and there was plenty of time for them to cancel the appointment before my arrival so I wouldn't waste my time, but they apparently chose not to do so. They were also either incapable of booking another appointment at another location. I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy whenever possible. They apparently don't have a pharmacist, so I wouldn't trust them to dispense medications correctly.

   My prescription was sent here. When I called in to collect my insulin was missing. I was left for a weekend with none. Despite having my script for 4 days they failed to get any. When I complained staff were rude saying I should have gone earlier. They also lied saying it was an unusual item . On another visit they hadn't heard of minor ailment scheme and told me it had finished. These people haven't a clue.

   The pharmacy is like a Monty Python scratch in action. I rang to check that my prescription was ready and that everything was ok and was told yes it would be ready the next day. On the Wednesday I went to collect it. It wasn't ready and the pharmacist came to me to tell me I had to wait 24 hours for 1item. I told him that I had called the day before and was assured that it was all available,he went back behind the counter and a few minutes later gave me the missing medication. Neighbors of mine have also mentioned poor service recently,com con Lloyds get your act together we can use alternative options.
