Had a great experience with the pharmacist (apologies, I didn’t get his name) for a recent referral from my GP. He was reassuring, friendly and attentive. Medication is always prepared quickly. Always happy with the service we receive here!
I visited this pharmacy and purchased calpol tablets for my baby. There is an Indian boy who guided me about NHS minor ailment scheme, before that I was unaware about this beneficial scheme, under this scheme he gave me ibuprofen and Paracetamol suspension without any charges.. I I would like to say thanks to him for this useful information..... His customer services is also good....
Harv is absolutely amazing! Been very thoughtful and helpful with all my medication! Great to see the same face day in day out who knows what's happening with me (very complex health) goes above and beyond to be as helpful as he can! Amazing 5**++
Had my flu jab done here recently and it was a really smooth experience. The pharmacist Hav was friendly, explained everything clearly, and the whole thing was over in minutes. Hardly felt a thing. Really appreciate the efficient service—would happily come back next year
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Hav and his staff were friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The service was quick and efficient, and I left feeling confident about my medication. The store was clean, well-organised, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!
Well what can I say, one star is being generous wouldn’t allow the option of no stars. Repeat ordered from doctors on Friday 3/3/23 arrived at pharmacy at 1:30pm, called in today Thursday 9/3/23, firstly they couldn’t find the prescription, and after much fumbling about told me it hadn’t been done, no explanation given. At this point people were coming in who had ordered 48hrs before and collecting there’s without a problem. On asking a member of staff who quite frankly could do with some customer service skills why mine wasn’t done, firstly I was told because it was a large order. 6 items !!!! Then she said oh if it’s a repeat you have to give us 7 days. I then went into the doctors to confirm this and they said no 48hrs. The doctors receptionist was excellent and has changed my next repeat to go to brook st chemist which she said were a lot more efficient. I then returned to the chemist which had taken them over half an hour to do my prescription. At which point the pharmacy’s phone started ringing and they then all (the staff) proceeded to enquire about his ringtone and how sweet it was. Lloyds you need to close this badly run outlet or provide effective staff training. Quite possibly the worst experience ever. I would advise anyone not to waste there time using this chemist,
Very slow service, expect a wait for prescriptions. Staff not very friendly. It’s always the same. They even got mixed up and showed another member of the public, that was waiting next to me, my prescription and told them it was out of stock instead of myself and then apologised to the person they showed but not to me. I wish prescription details were kept private. Wouldn’t recommend!
This doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. Biggest waste of time ever! Your made to wait over an hour for them to tell you they haven't got the item in stock an I get the pleasure of doing it all again the next day! Never anything in stock! Always huge ques an long waiting times.
If I could give them zero I would! Absolutely appalling. Say my daughter's medication will be ready for Monday. Go to pick it up, not ready at all. Haven't even ordered it in or let me know there was a problem when I called up to check!
The pharmacy is too small to serve the area. The staff are pleasant but overworked. On many occassions I have not been prescribed my full allocation of medicines as the dont carry enough stock. It us usually 10 deep at the counter with only one staff serving. The wait on average is about 20 mins to be served. They do not open on saturdays and nor do they do free delivery even when you have been back multipme times to collect the meds they owe you! Oh and it would ve great if someone would answere the phone....ive tried a mere 24 times today to reach them to no avail. Last straw for me and have relicated to an alternative pharmacy in sheer frustration.
