   Told to go there by 111 for help with breathing due to cough along with possible heart failure. Supposed to be open at 10.30am on Saturday and no one there until 11am. Pharmacist turns up 10 minutes later and clearly doesn't want to do anything. Doesn't even listen to my chest. Advises A&E. Pointless trip. Won't be using ever again.

   My daughter was very poorly, to the point of hospitalisation as her oxygen drops below 80 doctors had prescribed wrong dosage of medication if it wasn’t for himram one of the young pharmacists my daughter would of been in hospital again I have a lot of gratitude for him and the work he does thank you so much

   First time I’ve ever used this pharmacy. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!! they give me two of my items and said they owe me one and to collect it the next day. I’ve tried to call them regarding my Prescription,Every time I call them they are picking the phone up and putting it back down.this is so rude,I understand that they are busy but don’t take prescriptions if you haven’t got the prescriptions. Avoid this Pharmacy.

   Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. They gave my mother the wrong medication, simply because both medicines had the same name and dosage (in grams). Thankfully, I double-checked on Google and discovered that the two medicines are used for completely different purposes. This could have been extremely dangerous, especially for someone elderly who might not be able to verify their medications. I strongly urge everyone to always double-check the medicines you receive—don’t just trust what’s handed to you. What’s more concerning is that the pharmacy staff were not even apologetic about their mistake. Please be cautious.

   The pharmacy has new owners and unfortunately they are struggling. Without any notice they have stopped automatically ordering medication and delivering it and they don't answer the phone. After waiting 3/4 of an hour yesterday and 100 minutes today I am still missing 3 items which I'm going back for on Monday...wish me luck!

   Some of the staff who work in the pharmacy are brilliant and will do their best to help you. My only gripe is no matter what time of day it is you can't phone because it just rings out all the time. If they could sort this problem out I would definitely up my star rating.

   IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone! Trying to get my 88yr old grandmother's prescriptions is a nightmare! They should be shut down until they learn to answer a phone; vulnerable, elderly, disabled people cannot just pop in on the off chance their prescriptions are ready and correct! I feel sorry for the drs receptionists who must receive 100s of complaints about these incompetent unprofessional people!

   Used to be a pretty good pharmacy, the last 2-3 weeks it’s impossible to get through on the phone just rings out so you have to go there just to check if a prescription is ready, we don’t all have time to just keep popping in on the off chance it’s there. I got through to the doctors just to check it was open to which they informed me it was open and there were 2-3 people working in the pharmacy yet nobody picked up the phone any time me or my partner called for 3 days, time to change pharmacy.

   Absolutely rubbish. Can't get through on the phone. Given incorrect tablets. Some tablets not available. Always blame the doctor fir not sending prescription but when you check they have had it
