   When I phoned them to ask when my already overdue prescription would be ready he replied ' how long is a piece of string, I don't know, it's with the driver ". I retrieved said prescription and took it to a nearby pharmacy at Bilston, surprise, surprise they had these commonplace antibiotics in stock. To tell someone who has a bad UTI and kidney infection is rude and unhelpful, what a attitude to have when you are supposed to be helping people

   Fast , Efficient , Knowledgeable , and Friendly. I previously used another pharmacy in Darlaston and have waited over a week for my medication. This week I had call from my doctor, he sent a prescription to the pharmacy and 15 mins after putting the phone down I had a text to say it was ready. You can’t get better service than that. Thank You.

   So helpful and efficient. After multiple disasters with Asda pharmacy leaving me without medication several times I was really frustrated with what a hassle this simple task had turned into, but the people at Tesco Pharmacy are the polar opposite. They have a great knowledge of the medications, they text me when it's ready and call me when any problems. They even recommended a new GP for me when we moved house and they're brilliant too!
