   Trying to collect a prescription sent by my surgery to this pharmacy is like going through airport security! Long, time-consuming, repetitive, and boring, but at least I understand why I have to go through it. Twice I've tried to collect a prescription and each time it takes at least 40 minutes. Either this pharmacy is massively under resourced or they lack efficiency but something needs to happen!!

   Attended this pharmacy on the 23rd of September for Covid vaccine which was pre-booked, waited 15 minutes to be served ( note! that there were no other customers waiting ) I was invisible to the staff as apparently “they were busy” they were like zombies with no awareness of customer waiting. At this point I left and booked elsewhere. A refresher customer services course will not go amiss. Shame there is no option for zero star which is well deserved on this occasion.

   My review is about the Phoenix Centre and not just the pharmacy On arrival I booked in and there was a notice advising of an hour's wait. This drop in centre provides a service for an eclectic population and not everyone is complimentary about the service. For me, on this occasion, I had no complaints. After a few minutes I was triaged by nurse and then sat in the waiting area for my turn to see a doctor. After about an hour I saw a nurse practitioner. She was professional, charming and listened to what I had to say about my ailment, (a nasty, deteriorating cough) She carefully checked me over and told me I had an infection in my lower left lung. Antibiotics were prescribed, which were available in the associated pharmacy. I was very pleased with the service I received and have since made a complete recovery. If you're feeling unwell, go there for help. Do be polite, do expect to wait a while and be a patient patient!

   I had a great experience at this pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacist about an issue I was having, and he was incredibly helpful right from the start. He advised me to come in, and even though the pharmacy was very busy when I arrived, the staff still made time to accommodate me. The pharmacist was thorough, polite, and friendly, and I felt genuinely cared for. Thanks to his help, I didn’t need to call my doctor for an appointment—I was able to get a private prescription right there. The whole team was professional and welcoming. I’m so glad I went!

   Unacceptable Waiting Times: Forget the "quick trip" to the pharmacy. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. Regardless of whether I called ahead or used their app, I consistently faced waits of 20-45 minutes just to pick up a pre-ordered prescription. The line moves at a glacial pace, with no apparent effort to manage workflow or prioritize efficiency. Their system is clearly broken, and customers pay the price with their valuable time.

   Absolutely disgusted with the service at this chemist. On call doctor had sent a prescription to the chemist I arrived just a little before 4pm. To be told they are closing. Nowhere has been stated that they close early. After explaining the situation she let me proceed into the chemist, was told that my mum’s prescription had not been sent over. One girl was willing to look at the prescription box under the desk to which another woman said no leave it you do not get paid after 4pm. I had explain how ill my mother was. They were more bothered about getting out. And having to hear the other staff members laughing at how that one staff member had been telling people we are closed. I think this is disgusting you work in this field to help people if you leaving on time is more important than saving someone’s life then leave your Job. I had then called the on call doctor who had told me that the prescription had been sent because a particular number can’t be generated until it’s sent. I will be making a formal complaint… you should be ashamed of yourselves

   Giving 5 star review to a young lady by the name of Kal , wonderful service , couldn't believe of the wonderful service I received and care , made me feel special and well looked after ,. Every time I visit this pharmacy kal looks after me , makes sure I get my meds on time and that they are ordered so I don't have too worry about anything . Very pleasant and very reliable person . I would highly recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family. Happy Christmas Kal x keep it up ,

   I have never had a good experience here. Bring a packed lunch and a cuppa if your picking a prescriptions up because they are the slowest pharmacy in wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Asian lady who works there has no customer service skills what so ever. she got her qualification free out a cracker or kelloggs crunchy nut. I called and spoke to her to make a request and she completely ignored it even after expressing the medication is for my disabled son to sleep, memory span of a fish obviously. After being messed about for a week like every time i go there because they have lost the medication or what ever reason they come up with, she gave me the wrong medication. No point in expressing your frustration as she just threatens you with the police. Slow at her job no compassion...I honestly believe this isn't the career path for her. Maybe one where she doesn't deal with the public at all, As it obviously doesnt suit you. My disabled son needed the toilet after 45 mins of waiting, they sent me next door where the toilets are only accessible patients. How long have you worked there now and not know that they arent accessible to the public?? Considering you hand out controlled substances youd think you would have a little bit of sense between the 10 of you who work there.

   Poor service. They always act like busy. Waiting time more than 30 min normally. Even if we call also they will never answer the call. Even after one week doctor send the prescription if we go also they won’t keep the medicine ready. Waste pharmacy

   Refused to use healthy start as payment, we’ve never been refused to use it elsewhere, just this pharmacy. Having experienced this kind of service my son was left without certain medication. Very bad customer service
