Friendly service at this local chemist. Has improved over the past 6 months or so, had previously considered leaving here but happy to stop now. Recommend to others too, they help with whatever they can.
I visited this branch a few days ago to collect my prescription. The pharmacy has a pleasant and clean atmosphere and the services provided by the pharmacy manager and the lady who helped me called Joanne were outstanding. I would definitely recommend to others and use in future.
Excellent service: I had my Flu and Covid Vaccine on Friday 14th, and also my blood pressure was taken. An anomaly was spotted, so it was re-checked. I was advised to return on Monday, where I was furnished with am ambulatory blood pressure monitor to wear for 24 hours. This I did, and returned the BPM on Tuesday. I was informed that there was a issue that needed checking. The statistics were sent to my local doctor's surgery, and I was advised to phone them on Thursday. This was to check the results with them and to be advised of any further action which may be deemed necessary. Many thanks to all at the Well Pharmacy.
Absolutely awesome members of the staff. We came here late evening to get some prescriptions, but due to some issues with my doctor it wasn’t possible to use my doctor’s prescription but luckily I was given the best service and explanation from pharmacist and after some great consultation they gave me exactly what I needed, and on top of that it was Halloween week so my kids had some trick or treat experience here, which was a lovely surprise. You don’t get that level of friendly and professional service very often these days, I’m very impressed and happy to experience it. Many thanks you guys for being such a wonderful.
Useless. From being given someone else's medication to not sending my prescription order to GP; so you wait 5 days, go to collect your medication only to discover it hasn't been ordered. Dome staff friendly, some are belligerent.
I must say, staff very knowledgeable and friendly and well stocked. Last time I drove round looking for prescribed ear drops and after 9 places, came here and they had them. Staff very knowledgeable and happy to advise, served quickly.
Wow. What an experience. The staff was lovey and it felt like family with the warm advice they gave me.
Not accessible by wheelchair. Come on! How is this still a thing? Can't get in. Had to get someone else to collect my prescription. Changed my nominated pharmacy now. Can't use a place that doesn't consider the needs of its customers.
