   Waiting time prescription shouldn't be a 7 day notice, And I also think the staff should take breaks and lunch separately not all at the same time so calls can be taken and customers can be served, It's a place of work not social gathering since the change of ownership it's gone down hill

   Terrible pharmacy, staff are rude and not helpful at all ,prescription service is arcaick today is 7th of February, I have been waiting since 23rd January for meds, I've heard every excuse under the sun off the staff as to why my meds haven't arrived ,will be changing pharmacy once they have given me my meds DISGRACEFUL

   Unbelievably bad. I took in a prescription and overheard the pharmacist saying we are not getting that medication it’s too expensive. The CSA came back to me and lied that they cannot get hold of it and told me to take it back to my doctor and try and get an alternative. This was after waiting 20 minutes. After that they said , “try Asda”. A dedicated so called pharmaceutical company sending me to a supermarket!!! Peak you’re terrible. I went to Brutons in Moxley they were terrific

   Used to get my prescriptions from here, even though my doctor prescribed everything I need there was always a problem and questions asked-when my DOCTOR had put me on this medication. Wouldn’t advise this pharmacy to anyone the staff have an attitude problem are nasty got no respect for their patients or customers and leave people stood waiting to be served ages-whilst there were as of tonight four people behind the counter and one possibly two sat down just chatting to themselves in a room and nobody serving stood there ages and nobody came to serve me. typical example I needed medicine that was sent down to them I went to collect got told to come back tomorrow went back the day after as they stated got told it wasn’t ready and hadn’t been 48hrs when it had and was classed as an emergency.went back to receptionist at the doctors they requested me to get the prescription back so I could take it somewhere else because by this time was desperate.for the pharmacy to suddenly not give me my prescription back but to walk out of the back with my medication.This place is not good enough for me and has happened on numerous occasions.I would deeply advise anyone not to used this place-nasty staff that think they are more right than your doctor.waste of time and need reporting.

   One of the members of staff has a really bad attitude problem. Only went in to collect some lfts and her tone of voice and attitude absolutely stinks. I very nearly told her where to put them but not everyone speaks to people like dirt.

   Chemist now run by Peak pharmacy, chaotic , couldn't find the prescription , loads of staff stocking shelves ! Got replacement off shelves then told I would have to wait 20 mins while they habd wrote a label ! Area manager in at time she was useless.
