On this occasion I couldn't fault them. The Gornal branch hadn't got all of my prescription. So the pharmacist rang the Northway branch who had got it. It was nearly closing, the traffic was terrible, but they waited for me to get there. Many thanks.
Just had COVID vaccine - great service
Handily placed right next to the doctors, but don't seem to carry any stock ? Everything is 3-5 days to be delivered. Lots more staff than has ever been in the shop, but that has not improved the efficiency. Used to go to the doctors and pick up your meds straight away. Those days have long gone .
