   I changed to Jhoots from an absolutely dreadful chemist up the road. The service we receive couldnt be any different. We are alerted when items are ready for collection, we've never had anything missing, and the staff are always friendly. Even the atmosphere amongst the staff seems pleasant when you walk in. Jhoots is a little gem!

   I was sold antibiotic eye drops which had expired. I had to travel to another pharmacy to obtain eye drops, which I was then told that I was given the wrong eye drops for my condition, and the information I was given was highly inaccurate. Went back the next day and got a refund. Staff were barely apologetic, the pharmacist (who thinks she is brilliant because she shared inaccurate statistics with me) did not even bother to come and apologise either. At one point I asked the sales person a question about whether or not stock is checked for expiry dates and I got completely ignored. Rude, waste of time and not professional. Definitely do not recommend.

   Passed in here last week as I needed prescription as my pharmacy never supplied my medicine Can't believe the way they are close no masks nothing Absolute ridiculous then I later find out someone had a covid test there and positive they closed it and still passing they still have no mask on That one tiny screen which doesn't cover much will not protect you guys or us customers Need reporting the lady with short blonde kind of hair was talking about unprofessional things just don't understand how 4 people can be in the small space huddled together It says on sign can't enter without a mask But you guys aren't wearing any there's hardly a screen between us and you guys Breaking the rules and they are suppose to be setting a example
