Just wanted to write a review on the lovely lady who’s name is Kelly she works at the Wolverhampton branch Mander Centre what a lovely pleasant caring woman she is always had a smile on her face very well mannered is very soft spoken always treats me with respect always friendly very nice lady to speak to
The girl was so rude. Huffed and puffed at me when I asked for help for a different pharmacy
We’d already been to 5 pharmacies looking to fill my Prescription. Thankfully Superdrug had some in stock. The shop is easy to find in the Mander Centre, but it was very busy on Saturday lunchtime. They seemed to be short staffed, the chemist was doing consulting most of the time, and there was only one lady on. She lovely, even though she was run off her feet.All this contributed to over a 30 minute waiting time, and a grumpy queue. It’s then you start worrying about a parking fine. It’s a shame really one more member would have alleviated most of the problems. I had to return the following Tuesday to pickup the balance. There was no queue, and plenty of staff.
