   Would give zero stars if I could. Staff are rude. Asked Blonde woman with bad smokers teeth for some advice, she went in the back and I could hear her taking the micky with other staff about what I'd asked her! Extremely Unprofessional and I will NOT be returning. Go to Acorn pharmacy near pool hayes school instead where all staff are lovely, helpful and make you feel very welcome!

   I can pop down to my local chemist at the end of the rush hour when the tea time traffic has cleared. My prescriptions are always ready and the staff are always prepared to answer any questions about the OTC products they sell. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and has saved me a couple of trips to the doctors. Always feel welcome and valued in the store. I'd be lost without them.

   The staff in this shop are rushed off their feet,really busy each time I go in…. But are still the most friendly and welcoming! Take a second to think what kind of day they may be having and be a little more tolerant! Excellent staff all of the time ! Thank you!

   If your prescription is important, DO NOT ORDER IT HERE. I ordered my repeat prescription for ramipril here. However they did not bother to let my doctor know about it. I came to collect it, a week later, only to find they had not notified my doctor. I was not the only customer complaining about this at the time either, there was another lady having the same trouble. They hadn't asked her doctor for her prescription either. This was a saturday. So I've been off my medication for the last 2 days which is dangerous for me but they didn't seem to care at all. I've just had my doctor send all future prescriptions to another chemist because I can't risk another incident like this. It is dangerous and they could kill someone.
