    Why do u allow your workers to ask what your address is out loud to give them surely that's private can't u ask them to write it down. I feel uncomfortable doing this I don't want everyone knowing where I live so get it sorted

    While all other staff are so friendly, there is one specific staff who is so rude both personally and on phone. She doesn’t listen to is and then speaks so rude. We have been with this pharmacy for 3 years now, most of the staff know us , they speak to us and are so good. I think she needs to be trained

    Zero communication between client and staff. Staff avoiding people which are waiting not in the queue to collect meds from prescription!

    Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with please tell me how it takes months to get my daughter formula in, they blame the doctors I've phoned them they sent it over ages ago, they need new staff as they are lazy and rude cannot be bothered to look for her perceptions even when its there let alone order it in, Only staff member that has ever helped me on multiple occasions is rachel, place is empty never has nothing in.

    Rude, unhelpful staff, dirty shop looks like it’s never cleaned!They have a website that states they are open Monday- Friday but that’s not true as they close on Wednesday also closed on Saturday Sunday waste of space take your prescription somewhere else the worst place I have ever used for customer service owners should be ashamed

    Fed up of waiting on this phone to be answered! Obviously they are busy so why can’t they afford another telephonist? Time to move to another supplier I think!

    The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Do not get your medication from these unhelpful, rude people. They have never got my medication right. The shop is grubby and the staff are extremely rude.

    Shut early on a Friday and shut on a Saturday. It's not very convenient for people about as useful as the doctors next to it.
