Great. Last minute booking an appointment. Fitted in as requested. Kept informed via text and even asked if we could get in early. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good banter too. Car park opposite. We were just down for a function but would use again next time.
Lovely salon with experienced and friendly staff,they listen as well. I'm disabled and they look after me so well. Won't look for anywhere else. It's just lovely . xx
I would like to thank the KH Hairdressing team. This was my first experience with KH Hairdressing Salon in the UK. I had to get my hair cut and colored. She did a great job. Thank you very much, highly recommended.
Booked an appointment online for a blow dry… got to the salon and had my hair washed no problems at all, hair was then blow dried almost straight and very very close to my scalped which burnt… my hair was being blamed to be ‘not the right texture for a blow dry’ when it wasn’t working as she wasn’t doing it correctly.. she then tried to curl my hair with a hot brush and then tried to curl it with the straighteners… nothing worked and I have no problem curling my own hair. I booked an appointment for a blow dry… not for someone to curl my hair with straighteners… and badly at that! The stylist (more likely to be an apprentice with the service received) advised she was going to try and finish early as she was going on a night out until I slipped my appointment in… sorry for ruining your evening love but I’m a paying customer and your night out can wait! Two other very young and clueless staff members left early and instead of leaving quietly along with the manager, circled my chair with me sat in it and the stylist attempting to do something to my hair and started talking about seeing eachother out later which seemed to be more important than giving me the hairstyle I had asked for and was paying for. The stylist asked if I liked the end result and I advised her directly it wasn’t a blow dry like I asked for and that I could have curled my own hair better than she did at home should I have wanted curls. I can’t stress enough - I WANTED A BLOW DRY!!! I don’t think that’s a difficult request for a so called stylist? I was there for 45 minutes and spent £30 and feel like both my time and money had been wasted however as I was running out of time for my own evening events, I had to leave the salon. Seemingly… Unprofessional staff, poor stylists and overall bad experience. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone.
This was my 2nd visit . My 1st I needed a complete restyle Michelle did my hair & I was amazed how lovely it looked . I booked Michelle again last week same results . All staff at KH are very friendly & Polite . I would highly recommend this salon at Beeston.
It's always a great experience to come to KH Hair. The salon is always clean & tidy. The staff are always friendly & great at their jobs. I love coming to get my hair done here. I would recommend KH Hair to everyone.
This was my first time visiting KH in Long Eaton and I wanted to have quite a dramatic cut, so I was feeling a bit nervous. The team were warm and welcoming and I can not recommend Sarah enough, she really put me at ease, was very experienced and lovely to chat to. Thank you so much!
