   I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. This was my second visit to this dental clinic, and honestly, if there weren’t extra charges to switch to another Bupa dentist, I wouldn’t have returned. Unfortunately, this visit was no different from the first—the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the tone from staff came across as patronising. On top of that, there seemed to be a lack of clarity from the office staff on what’s covered under Bupa, which is surprising for a Bupa dentist. Patients shouldn’t feel more informed than the team. Visiting the dentist is already stressful, and adding passive-aggressive interactions makes it harder. A little more empathy and clearer communication would go a long way toward improving the experience. On a follow up visit the next week, however, the dental hygienist was amazing, really friendly, polite and informative which has improved my overall experience around with this practice.

   Really nice bright and modern dental practice. The reception team were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist I saw was very reassuring and gentle and explained everything he was doing as he went along which put me at ease.

   Bupa dentist Glengormley has the most professional dentists and dental nurses. The receptionists are extremely courteous and welcoming. I have always been a nervous patient but the receptionists and my dentist are understanding and take time to ensure I am relaxed and ready for treatment. I always leave wondering why I was nervous in the first place.

   Paid over a grand to have more issues with my teeth. Very hard to get manager to get in contact after he said he would. Clearly a dentist that cares more about money than dental health made me go through unnecessary procedures that ended up causing more issues. Basic white fillings have been causing pain for months and I was just told it’s normal. Would definitely recommend anywhere else before here.

   Highly recommend this dentist, my husband is the client and I phoned to get him some help, both Helen and Theresa were excellent even though they were short staffed they both took the time to speak with me and help. Excellent customer service aswell as professional service.

   Same as others here, shockingly bad customer service. It states on their website currently accepting new clients, I rang to register my little boy and was quite rudely told it would be July at the earliest before they would be accepting anyone new. The receptionist has a vile attitude and should perhaps reconsider working in a role dealing with people given her inflated sense of importance. Please don't bother with the usual response of asking me to ring to discuss. I would rather remove my own tooth with rusty pliers than give these people business.

   My daughter uses this dentist and suffers health anxiety. They are so kind , caring and helpful with her so I joined .Went for my first visit today . Well Fiona where have you been all my life . You are simply the best dentist ever. Fiona makes you feel at ease and she is so gentle . Just an all round lovely girl and excellent dentist .. Very welcoming surgery.. Thank you .
