   I have been attending Malone Dental Practice for several years and would highly recommend it. The dentists and dental hygienists are not only highly competent and knowledgeable, but good at communicating information and happy to take the time to discuss concerns. I find all the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The practice is to be commended for the effective and safe service they were able to provide during the Covid pandemic when some dental practices remained out of action. The practice offers a wide range of dental services, an optional affordable private care plan with no pressure to join, a text message appointment reminder system, private car parking and a very pleasant and comfortable waiting room, although I’ve never been kept long waiting.

   I have been a patient of Malone Dental for a number of years. The team offer an exceptional caring experience and treatment. The reception staff are so polite, courteous, personable and helpful and the dental treatment team collectively are very experienced and have taken great care of my teeth and oral hygiene. I feel very reassured and well cared for. If you need a dentist definitely call them!

   Going to Malone Dental is generally the highlight of my week when I’ve got an appointment scheduled! The team are all so friendly, helpful and caring. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend Malone Dental for 6+ years now, working with Seamus, Mark, Caoimhe, Alice, Beth, Darren and the rest of the team on everything from hygienist appointments to composite bonding, Invisalign and whitening treatments. Seamus and his team are consummate professionals, always going the extra mile and taking the time to ensure I’m well looked after. I’ve recommended several of my friends to Malone Dental, and they all love it too - many of whom had not enjoyed going to the dentist in the past. I appreciate sometimes the wait can be long - but I’m certain this is down to Malone Dental becoming increasingly popular through recommendations, taking the time to care for their patients and demand for the extensive range of services and treatments they offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seamus and team - looking forward to being back soon!

Mark, my dentist is a charming young man, very knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile with any dental work he has done for me.    I have been with Malone Dental for years. It is in my opinion an outstanding practice - dentists, hygienists, assistants and support staff. They all provide an excellent service and I have never had an issue either with my treatment or with my interactions with the staff. In particular, they have often gone out of their way to see me quickly when I have had a dental issue, which is most appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Had my first appointment in Malone Dental this week, following a recommendation from my wife who is also a patient. So far I'm very impressed. Polite, efficient and courteous staff. I also had a detailed initial assessment with Dr Mark Kennedy who proposed a treatment plan and explained everything clearly to me. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease right away. Dr Mark Kennedy also took time to answer my questions and didn't rush me at all. The parking on site is a great bonus too!

   I am only leaving a one star review as the option for zero stars was not there. please note my appointment was for 12.00 today. I arrived 5 minutes late for the fist time in years to be told my appointment was for 11.50 And that you would not see me. I have been sitting in your waiting room for up to 50 minutes in the past!! I also tried to call twice when I realised that, because of an accident on my way there, I was going to be slightly late and guess what? You couldn't even be bothered to answer your phone. Andrew Thompson It is about time you realised that your patient's time is as important to them as your's is to you. Unfortunately I cannot allow you away with your response as I hold in my hand your original appointment card which clearly shows the time of the appointment to be 12.00. since I cannot put a picture of it on here. I have sent you an email with a picture of the appointment attached 12.00. If this is not true. Sue me. You have published inaccurate and defamatory remarks which call into account my integrity. You were very quick to respond to my review surely your time would have been better employed seeing me....when I had waited six months for the appointment. I informed your receptionist that I would be leaving the practice after she told me the next appointment would not be before Christmas...I'd already been waiting since April 12th (my last appointment). Andrew Thompson. PS The response by the owner is not true. I have already sent him a copy of my original appointment card which clearly states that my appointment was for 12.00

   Called in to make an appointment. Had a tooth that had been giving me trouble for weeks. Mark the dentist took me straight away and now I'm pain free. 10/10 service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
