   If I could give minus stars I would this is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered from ordering your priscription to them not ordering the medicatio when you come to collect it that is when it gets ordered. When the medication is their you have such a long waiting time for it to be handed over to you because it has not been labelled yet, all in all it is ridiculous I've never known anything like it

   This pharmacy is brilliant. The staff are always kind and work very hard. I have a number of regular medicines that can be tricky to get ahold of and the staff always go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need, communicating effectively and kindly. There is very rarely any issues with my meds and when there is it is dealt with promptly. Overall, this pharmacy is fantastic and they do a very good job. Would highly recommend!

   Excellent customer service, nothing is too much for them. Always quick to answer phone. My doctors are sometimes late sorting my prescription but the pharmacy is always quick to sort out any issues that arise.

   Close and open when they want. Slowest service possible when actually open. Old people stood outside in the cold waiting for them to open. Got to the front to be told they'd run out of antibiotics??? Went to another pharmacy but the dozy staff had left the prescription on their system so couldn't get it from new pharmacy. Then refused to answer the phone to sort. Go elsewhere.

   Usually very good but today I had to wait until after 2pm for medication I have been picking up on a script there for years so why it wasn't in stock baffles me. Knocked the whole day off course for my family and I.

   Brilliant service. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Staff at the Ashmore Park branch are always ready to help out. Nothings to much trouble for any of them. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 5* service.

   Made a visit today to get my flu jab. What a fantastic service. Friendly staff having a very person centered approach particularly the pharmacist who went out of her way to help. I get my medication every two months and have never had a problem. I ring the week before and it is always there when I need it. I was particularly impressed with the information for customers displayed with regards to wearing masks in the shop, number of customers allowed in at one time and that hand gel was available to everyone.
