Friendly, respectful and supportive staff. I have used them couple of times. The only problem I have was the closing time/days. Last time I checked; they were closed but I was able to use their branch at the New Cross Hospital. They products were good and affordable.

This Lloyd's Pharmacy is bring taken over. Lloyd's Pharmacy's have closed there sites on high streets and in other stores. Still says Lloyd's Pharmacy outside. Found it more expensive now.

Staff are very helpful, lovely and respectful to me and my mom, especially Sham and Burson, they get a lot of stick off people when its not their fault that they don't have stock for prescriptions, I have seen people shout at them and they really dont deserve to be treated this way, treat people how you would like to be treated

I wish you could give minus stars - just utterly useless so avoid this branch like the plague. In fact, if you've got the plague, you'd be better off suffering than asking for help there. Just went for my flu jab, a pre-booked appointment only to be told that the pharmacist they have doesn't do flu jabs?!??!?! I was told to rebook elsewhere - complete waste of my time. And a few months ago, I needed some eyedrops - a specific make that they do stock. The person behind the counter was so useless they couldn't find anything and ironically, it was me - through the eye I could just about see out of - that pointed out the eye drops I needed that were behind the counter. Useless, hopeless and a store to avoid. If I ever need a pharmacy I think I'd rather mix ground down acorns, eye of newt and a dead man's toe as a remedy than go there

Don't even deserve 1 star. Absolute shambles staff don't know what the are doing. The person who knows where everyone in isn't there 1 persons been on holiday so they don't know where items are and the staff look dazed and confused. Don't even try And get get through on the phone!! Shocking!! The amount of time the customers spend in there they need alot of seats and possibly refreshments!! Appalling!!

Considering this is now the only pharmacy in the village they changed opening hours without telling anyone, so don’t open at weekend then they don’t have prescriptions ready even tho they’ve have them for days so when people like me who are in pain go to collect you have to wait 45 mins with an hour lunch break in between staff are very rude and seems Lauren is the only one who can run the shop as should be and everything goes to pot when she not on!
