There seems to be a change of management taking place and a lack of staff which is no help when the chemist shuts at 5.15 and you can't get your prescription. The website should amend its open and closing details because no one answers the phone when you try to find out when it closing (the time on the website is 7)

Nice staff but terribly slow. All in all for one item I was in there for an hour. Be certainly going somewhere else next time. Never again

The staff are friendly and it sells a wide range of products. The good ends there. The waiting time to get served is terrible. I'm physically disabled and suffer chronic pain and I had to stand pain for 20 minutes to be served. There are no seats for elderly or disabled people who need them (my previous Lloyds Pharmacy has seating) The store is also filthy! The products on the shelves are all covered in dust, the floors are unclean and the shelves in front of the till are absolutely disgusting! (photo attached) I don't know how they've allowed the store to become so dirty and neglected, there are that many staff in the back they're tripping over each other! I think I'll be going back to my old Lloyds Pharmacy in Codsall.

If I could have put 0 I would absolutely shockingly bad from a pharmacy make you wait an hour and a half for a prescription that was sent over 4 hours previous and an urgent one and still don't put the inhalers in that are essential to keeping my wife alive! You should be ashamed of yourselves and as for the staff they are full of excuses and stand talking rather than doing their jobs! I will be putting an official complaint in and would like it dealt with accordingly as this has put my wife's life in danger!

Quite slow service unfortunately. Staff are lovely and helpful but prescriptions seem to take ages. There never seems to be any urgency even when the shop is full

I've never been in there once without their being some form of issue or mistake with a prescription. It's also deathly silent and full of space invaders, so everyone in the entire shop can hear exactly what you're ordering or talking about. Once again, being the only one in Perton, they have you by the short and curlies.

Repeat prescriptions from my Doctors surgery are sent here as its easy for me to collect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop stocks all manner of chemist products and has an automatic door :)
