I would have chosen 0 stars if I could I bought a B.P machine for £20 that does not work. After asking for a refund on return. The so called Mamager insisted it was working I was told they don't do refunds. From a pharmastic the attitude is disgraceful considering they were dealing with someone wit high B P
Nothing is too much for the staff here.as an older couple we are treated with patience and kindness.thank you ps the new position in Codsall is even better.
Really happy with service from Codsall chemist. They text you when your prescription is ready so you don't have a wasted journey. Staff are lovely too.

Amazing, so helpful kind and non judgemental! Took in to consideration my medical concerns and made me feel comfortable! Also didn’t know they could prescribe antibiotics! Super service and no longer need to take time off work
No point in having a phone in this place as they never answer the phone. Called over 100 times today and nobody picked up once.
Not sure if the phone is plugged into the socket as it’s never answered when I call “constantly” and I never hear it ringing when queuing!!! So annoying
The lady behind the till and the pharmacist went above and beyond today - they made sure I got my husbands prescription from the doctors for me by ringing them. Today, their service was exceptional and very much appreciated.
It's flu vaccine time again. Woohoo! Three of us needed the injection. The pharmacist was pleasant and professional, and he took his time as did one of our party who is well over 80 years old. The epipens that were ready on standby were not necessary, and we all went home safely. Great.
