   Hadn't realised collecting meds could be fun! Lovely atmosphere; the team were friendly, chatty, efficient & helpful. It's clearly a fairly new regime as on previous visits my experience was somewhat different.

   What I love about Lisa and Satty at Jhoots, next door to Newbridge Surgery Tettenhall, is they are both so caring and really look after their customers. As an example, I had all my medication changed and Satty the Pharmacist called me a week later to discuss how I was managing with the new meds.(Never had that happen before!) Lisa is also a lovely lady and always helps with any of my needs I give this Pharmacy 5 stars.

   I have for the last 3 - 4 years or so had an arrangement with Jhoots, Newbridge Surgery, Wolverhampton to deliver my tablets every 3 months when I need renewal of my prescription. They have constantly missed the delivery date and I have to chase them, almost every time. I have been delivered tablets that I did not request. They are so inept and unprofessional. I am writing this today since they failed to deliver my tablets yesterday and I will run out of tablets tomorrow, a Sunday. I would not bother to use them again if I had another alternative. They are a complete waste of time.

   Negative rating is down to just how appalling these guys are in terms of picking up the phone. Every month for a year it takes several attempts to get through. Just get an answering machine sorted if you can't be bothered to ever pick up the phone!

   Went in to collect some Lateral Flow Tests this morning for my son and the lady behind the desk was very polite & helpful. Have used the pharmacy many times and never had any issues.
