Both Hayley and Di are so very friendly, Hayley went out of her way, and above and beyond for me. I am so very satisfied with the whole atmosphere and Di welcomed me in a professional and friendly manner. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Spoke to Pam at Penn Care Pharmacy, really helpful and understanding. After explaining and discussing my mothers prescription and how urgent her medication was she was extremely helpful and even arranged her delivery staff to drop the medication to my mothers address on the same evening. Also I do not live in the area and by the time I would had arrived to the pharmacy to pick up the medication it would have been closed. Appreciate your help, thank you so much!

Been coming here for years. Staff are so rude. The old woman with light hair literally threw my daughter’s medicine bag on the counter in front of me then walked off. My 2 year old just stood there scared as it made her jump. Never known such incompetent people. I’d rather use an online pharmacy. The staff need to learn customer service care.
This pharmacy isn’t great, One of the so-called women that works behind the counter an English lady short hair, miserable face scruffy appearance she is the most obnoxious rude person I’ve ever had to deal with. She couldn’t pronounce my surname so she said how do you pronounce that? So I spelt it out to her and then she’s asked a funny surname how unprofessional. When I went in recently to pick up a prescription, she’ll just stared at me and asked for my name and then she was really rude and I said to her there’s no need to be so rude and then I went in again a month later to pick up some more medication And she cleared at me and then she forcefully said there’s a problem with prescription we don’t have one of the pharmacies has happened to find it on the shelf. This individual should be sacked she’s awful.
I ordered tablets from surgery at 8-30 this morning and received them 5-10 you can't get better service than that this happens regularly great service
had to run in to get some medication, this young man called Jayden, was very friendly and extremely helpful. its people like him in the world that give me hope. could not sing his praises and the praises of this pharmacy anymore than i do, thanks team !!!
Normally a really great pharamcy and most staff are really nice and helpful. Unfortunatly i went to collect some medication today and the young lady behind the till was abit rude and slammed my medication onto the counter top which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that customer service jobs can be tiring and some customers are unfriendly but please don't take it out on other customers. I do hate to complain but it made me feel unwelcome. The usual staff are very pleasant and always help me with any questions i have. Service is always really fast and they have a good range of products.
Minimum £5 to use card. My purchase was £4 - auto charged me £5, just added £1 to bill!! Pictures all round of people who have stolen from shop - upping peoples bills is robbing customers. Use Boots round corner- this place not principled- bad working practices
Never had an issue with this place before. However, they charged me £13.99 for a bottle of sunscreen which is usually £5.99. Due to the weather i had no choice but to buy it since it was the only factor 50 I could find. A shame and an absolute rip off.
