   I booked a COVID vaccine appointment for 3:30pm on nhs website. Me and my disabled friend who is also booked in for a Flu and COVID vaccine at 3:40pm Today. We both have autoimmune issues and need these jabs. When we arrived our appointments to be informed that they are shut this is disgusting have made complaint with 119 as they should have not allowed us to book appointments

   I walked into the pharmacy today around 12.40pm to two pharmacist verbally arguing trading insults with eachother. This continued for several minutes with them knowing a customer was in the pharmacy. I found this behaviour shocking and very unprofessional and it made me feel awkward having to listen to them belittle eachother. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told none on shift. They eventually stopped arguing when I highlighted that I didn't want to stand and hear them arguing when they should be focusing on concentrating preparing prescriptions.

   I've recently been suffering with extremely bad back issues and have been on a lot of medication since May. Originally I was using the Pharmacy inside Morrisons next to this pharmacy but I found they never seemed to carry the medication I needed and I always had to wait until the next day. At the suggestion of my Wife 'who uses this pharmacy also' I swapped over to Pendeford Pharmacy located in the same building as my doctor surgery and the difference is huge! The service is amazing and efficient. The main pharmacist who I tend to see when collecting my prescriptions is extremely polite, attentive and always has my prescription ready extremely fast! The rest of the team are also extremely polite and have time for you when serving you. Thank you!

   This has been my pharmacy of choice for over 10 years. The staff are always welcoming and despite the current worldwide difficulties in obtain several items, they have kept me informed and been able to provide the prescribed medications. Always a pleasure to use this local pharmacy!
