   what a waste of time, rang constantly for over 90 minutes, either engaged or rang out, never answered. Decided to take time from work to call in. Ordered a repeat prescription 10 days earlier but it seams that until you actually turn up at the shop nothing is done. Not notified at all about any changes, never the less I waited 20 minutes ( I guess, not counting ) only to be told, we do not have two out of the four items. This place is a joke. Needless to say have decided not to use in the future.

   PATIENTS ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE HUMAN RACE. The 5* rating is for the staff members, not Lloyds pharmacy as a company. I observed the patients of this chemist on a visit to the store & I have never seen such entitled humans in my life. No understanding, no care in the world for the dire situation the staff find themselves in, they expect everything to be done for them in an instant. The same people that will wait half an hour for a takeaway but refuse to wait for a prescription. Absolutely shameless, especially when the staff are doing all they can to help ensure nobody goes without medication by returning prescriptions to the spine etc. Staff take constant abuse from these so called patients that act like animals. The patients of this pharmacy need to take a long hard look at themselves & realise that the world doesn't revolve around them. Entitled idiots.

   Kate is always helpfull and professional at all times. I get more advice from the pharmacy and the Internet. Evan though the doctors are supposed to see you with personal health conditions.

   THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I have two children (one baby and another a toddler) and it’s not as easy for me to go down there dragging them both with me just to ask a question.. don’t understand why they have a contact number if they aren’t going to answer. I phoned 22 times in the space of an hour and still no answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble getting through to them. Prescriptions never ready even though they had been put through the week before, it was either wait 15/20 mins for it or come back again tomorrow.. one prescription they said they don’t even get in so I’d have to go elsewhere

   Nice friendly staff and very helpful I have to be honest this place is going down hill Always not ready even the wait is a joke over half a hour wait today and the items should have been ready over a week on one of the items Never any stock as well, When they give you a owing slip and go back say you already had it so paying and not getting items

   Had numerous issues in the past! Latest when doctors instructions on prescription were ignored, after a polite challenge I got nowhere so this time I am voting with my feet and have changed the pharmacy to a more helpful one.

   I put my daughters prescription in with the doctors last week so it would be ready to collect today, I waited 30 minutes to be told they were doing it now, then 10 minutes to be told they didn’t have it in stock and I would have to go elsewhere or I could chance them having it in tomorrow, I said I needed it so I would have the prescription back, then had to wait another 20 minutes to get it, went to Rexalls down the road 10 minutes I walked out with the prescription and registered with them to get my prescriptions sent there. I will take your advice and go elsewhere in the future!

   Do not bother using unless you have to. The only plus point of this pharmacy is that is it attached to the doctors. Some staff are rude, every mistake is blamed on the doctors surgery. No accountability is ever taken. To get your prescription in a timely manner you need to ask to speak to the manager and tell them you're emailing head office. If you want to be spoke down to and disrespected this is the place for you.

   This chemist is very friendly the pharmacist vinnie is amazing and friendly nice always sorts my concerns out better then the doctor Kate and kurna are always pleasent and chatty. This is a very busy chemist but always tries their best to get queues down quickly without compromising the level of care given to each customer. All I would say is have patience as medication takes anlot of time to prepare check and hand out with the doctors making changes all the while.
