   Very helpful and took my allergic reaction seriously and offered alternative lotion to use while they ordered the lotion prescribed and deliveredtomorrow. Had the same asprin brand available which i had before the allergic reaction which was a relief.

   Popped in tonight needing antibiotics for a bite on ankle. First told it takes 30mins to sort out(it was 18:45). Then told they can’t do anything as it hasn’t been 48hrs. Then told if we had got there earlier he could have sorted something for us. It’s either one or the other. Went straight to Boots the Chemist. All sorted in 6mins. Thank you Boots.

   Not much space for parking on the front. The shop is small but the staff are very helpful & their delivery service top notch. The lady who delivers the medicine to my elderly Aunt is very friendly & reliable.

   I attended the chemist yesteday in a rush for lateral flow test. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful when I asked for her assistance as I was getting late for my appointment and was slighlty panicked. She calmly took me into the patient room and carefully explained step by step the instructions and how to do the lateral flow test, and helped me upload my result onto the government website. I was on time for my hospital appointment as a result of her kind calm helpful nature. Just a shame I forgot her name.

   Bill at the pharmacy is always very helpful. I have found her has good communication skills and is empathic at all times.Well mannered and approachable at all times since I've used the this chemist on the telephone or in person. The girls are helpful at the front of the till and the delivery lady Esta is lovely,happy bubbly and helpful she has good listening skills..she always makes sure meds are delivered on time. I haven't found any issues with this pharmacy at all. I feel confident that if I needed help regarding my health or issues I can phone the chemist. Thank you Alpha chemist. Miss Kam Hira

   I’ve used Alpha Pharmacy since moving to the UK in 2017. They’ve been extremely helpful with ensuring that my medications are filled on time, and they’ve even advocated for me with trying to ensure continued help with moving to a new surgery—due to changed catchment area—during this difficult time with the pandemic. The staff are always there to help, and the Pharmacist is understanding and has been a great advocate for me. I’m beyond grateful to their team.
