   Absolute gem of a pharmacy. Jaz and the team are incredible—always on hand with advice, always professional, and never make you feel stupid for asking questions. They genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. There was a time when I was about to run out of my meds just before a long weekend, and Jaz went out of his way to sort it for me out of hours. He didn’t have to, but he did, and that kind of kindness and dedication is rare. It’s not just about prescriptions—it’s about having a local pharmacy that truly looks out for people. This community is so lucky to have them.

   Jaz and his team are brilliant. Always offer great advice especially if any of my repeat items have been impacted by Brixit supply chain issues. Service is the best, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. As a type 1 diabetic good health knowledge is key and great customer care is equally important. The chemist scores top on both every time and have done for 25 years now.

   My parents have received excellent service from Poonian pharmacy, especially over the last 4 months when my dad’s medications became numerous and complicated. They have gone above and beyond to ensure medication is reordered from the doctor on a timely basis so that my parents do not run out of vital items. All of their staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Their delivery service is very good and their delivery driver is a lovely man. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

   Jaz is a terrific pharmacist. I rely on his straightforward advice when I have a concern and with total confidence. As a service Jaz leads from the top and is unfailingly helpful, polite and patient. As a result they all treat you like a person and not a source of income, They have worked throughout the current pandemic to provide their usual level of service. Finally, John, the chap who does the home deliveries is a credit to the ethos of the business, being polite, friendly and always looking out for the welfare of those he visits. This is my view from experience gained over many years and comes with my genuine thanks to you all.

   My wife and I have been using Poonian's pharmacy for well over 20 years and have always had superb service from Jaz and his staff. During the recent pandemic they have worked, in my view, miracles in keeping people up to date with medication. Further, as I am disabled and my wife is now 86, we rely on their well run delivery system and always receive what we need in good time thanks to them and to John, the untiring delivery man. Heartfelt thanks to you all for treating us as people and not as nuisances to be tolerated.

   I'm in Wolverhampton visiting and forgot my medication that I have to take daily that I left in Bristol. I called in the morning to see if they could help- by midday they said it would be there the same day. Very helpful and rare to have a pharmacy as helpful as this when it comes to forgotten meds. Highly recommend

   If I could rate 0 stars I would. The service here is abominable. On 6 separate occasions they have failed to have my repeat prescription ready. The pharmacist is very confrontational and when asked "Didn't you say it would be here by Wednesday?" I was told with a raised voice "You did it late in the week , it will be here tomorrow!" We have given them a lot of chances and been patient, but they can never accept fault, even then the doctor has sent the prescription there whilst I'm in his office and the pharmacy denies it. Absolute incompetence.
