   Called NHS 1111 last night for my daughter who was so poorly advised to take her to be seen at this pharmacy I did so and the pharmacist refused to see her as they closed at 7pm (it was 6.30pm)she could see how poorly my daughter was but wasn't the least bit bothered!!I will NEVER set foot in this chemist again,just to add as my daughter left the chemist to get back into taxi she collapsed!!doesn't deserve even 1 star

   Not able to provide assistance in the morning as they claim they have other priorities. Which I found to be very strange as the pharmacy was open and fully staffed (roughly 4 or 5 staff members in and I was the only customer in the store!) They Asian lady with short hair then advised me to go to another pharmacy somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

   Among all the glowing feedback, I have to say I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy. Their other shop on Cannock Road is excellent though. We had a delivery go wrong because they don't try hard enough. The pharmacy assistant who delivered a large box of life preserving. meds for my aging father pressed a bell that wasn't working and we never heard them try to knock. Fair enough, our bell should be working, but I think a bit more effort was needed. My father had spoken on the phone to them and forgot (come on he is OLD) to explain the bell wasn't working. He found a screwed up note saying they'd tried delivery. I then had to collect from the shop. I have a disability myself which means my walking is difficult and painful.When I arrived at the shop, what I objected to was the attitude of the shop woman who implied we were at fault. There was no apology or sympathetic vibe that would be part of good customer service. I was angry because I felt criticised when I went in and how I was spoken to. The service they provide may be good but the attitude of this one person needs to improve.

   The title experts does not do them credit. Genius maybe. Reliable and helpful when you need specialist paper, ink or just know how. The lads are always there to help and advise. Give them a ring, you'll not regret it.
