The one star is for the one cut I managed to get, despite being left on doorstep waiting more than the 15 minutes the note said on the door. Tried again today, and yes I am aware it is two days after Christmas, but the internet details said open, the huge sign flashing on the building said open and so did the small sign in the window. Guess what? Door locked and nobody to be seen. Glad I walked through the cold and wet for nothing.
