   I had my appt today with Aoife(Dentist) and Jo (Dental Nurse)and honestly cant thank them enough. They both work so well as a team and clearly love what they do which is so lovely to see. Aoife has such a calming reassuring approach and I instantly felt relaxed. She explains everything she is doing step by step so you know whats happening. Aoife even managed to get all the work on my teeth done within around 40 mins and I didnt feel a thing. I was only going in for a check up but she said she could sort everything out so I didnt have to book time off work or anything for another 6 months. Im now booked in in 6 months time. My teeth look great. Thanks so much Aoife and Jo. X

   I recently had my old silver (amalgam) filling replaced with a white composite one, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Sher Maine was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. She explained every step clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The procedure was quick and completely painless, and the new white filling looks amazing! It blends perfectly with my natural tooth color and feels completely smooth and natural. I highly recommend Dr Sher Maine to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares and takes the time to do things right.

   I tried to phone the day before to cancel my appointment I couldn’t get through all day .It kept saying leaves a message then cutting the phone line of I got through this morning to be told I’ve a 30 pound late fee .I explained I tried calling all day yesterday .she basically said they were answering phones all day .well I’m absolutely disgusted I’ve been using this dentist 40 years and I pay They’ve let me down cancelling over the years a few times its just not on

   Tried to arrange appointment for my kids they all knocked off register without notification. Youngest son kept on as he was under 17. Absaloutly shocking customer service and several receiption staff are rude to boot. Necessary evil need, it would appear to pursue the private sector agenda as they check first to see if your private payer. Zero stars from me.

   Got filling put in not even week ago an paid for it an fell out already can't get it replaced. Have 2 phone 9 in morning see if I can be taking. There a joke no appointments till march

   After not attending an appointment due to the terrible work carried out on previous appointment where the dentist shaved down a perfectly good looking front tooth without telling me. Leaving me with a dark hole in the tooth. When I called to finally get the work completed. Again totally unnecessary work as I was in for a root canal on a back tooth. I was told the dentist has fined me £35 for non attendance. They refused to book me in without paying the £35. This is the latest in a long line of terrible experiences with these guys. Replaced part of a front veneer that had chipped with a cover that was 6 shades darker than the veneer itself leaving me with a brown front tooth and a hole in another. Avoid these guys at all costs.

   Been going to this dental practice for many years. Lovely staff, very helpful and I'm able to get appointments easily. After a bad experience with my wisdom teeth, I was able to get an emergency appointment quickly and was put out of my misery.
