I had a lovely chat with Molly on the phone about switching chemists for my family and she was so polite and helpful definitely recommending this chemist to friends and family. Lovely staff.

The lady’s at this pharmacy are very polite and nothing is to much for them to help you , notified every time my prescription is ready and even helping me with medication of the shelf , cannot praise them enough, they get to know you personally which helps in deciding what help is needed, I am sure that without there advice, thing would be very different, thank you all ❤️
I had to go to this pharmacy three separate times just to collect one simple prescription — and every single time I was told something different. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the staff didn’t show any urgency or care. It’s beyond frustrating to waste so much time on something that should take minutes. If this pharmacy can’t manage basic prescriptions properly, I seriously worry about how they handle anything more complicated.
Waiting for medication. Was told it would be done by Friday and it is now Monday. Been told they can't tell me whether or not my medication is there as it would be 'in my box' and to ring back after 2. Sad excuses.
I’ve become a regular visitor to this chemist and I always seem to get served my Cara absolutely amazing young lady who knows me by name she’s very polite and professional absolute credit to the store. Thank you so much for everything all of you do. All the other staff in the store are also amazing as well unfortunately I don’t know there names I do apologise about that.
