   Had to cancel my appointment this morning at short notice,the lady at Reception said due to the short notice there would be a charge...so I said,I'll rearrange my day to be there... So 15 mins later,the Receptionist rang me back,saying that she explained my circumstances to Daniel,who was so accommodating,and said I could rearrange my appointment free of charge. Much appreciation to you both,this helped me out greatly. Thank you.

   I finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Michael Crilly at the start of this year. Delighted with the final result. I love that Michael is a perfectionist as it means that he won’t settle for anything less than perfect. Michael is very professional, making sure to explain everything thoroughly and was very good about sorting additional refinements trays to get the desired result. He also did a composite for me for a chipped tooth last month and did such a great job. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone!

   Rachel and the whole team at One by One are simply incredible. They exude happiness, professionalism and a joy in their work. Despite having braces for 18 months when younger, my teeth moved back and I decided to get my teeth straightened again for my wedding. It was a six month (and sometimes painful but worth it!) process using the Inman aligners (cheaper and faster than Invisalign) but super worth it!!! I have back wires to ensure they never move again. Being able to smile with confidence is an incredible gift. I highly recommend them!

   Having had a bridge for a number of years due to a childhood injury, I decided to upgrade and go for a replacement implant. From the outset, Chris made me feel completely at ease and explained the procedure in detail answering all of my questions. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I’d happily recommend this modern practice to anyone, great friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from all of the staff. Thank you!
