The lady was rude to my children and she hurt them. She didn't know what she was doing with my children.

Avoid..your better off doing it yourself, Sarah cut my daughters hair, took more off than I asked for, showed me it and said is this okay, well once it's been cut, what can you do, scissor happy, not happy, do not go

Had one of the best haircuts and no waiting. Did exactly what I wanted. Great price. Just wished I lived closer.

Do not go to this shop! I went for a simple cut on the sides and back and they cut too deep into my hair. 2 and a half years of growth gone. The whole cut took 5 minutes. Completely avoid this place!

Unfortunately all in all a very poor experience. I arrived having paid for parking to see a sign saying they were closed for lunch for another hour, putting me in a position to decide wether to pay parking for no reason and just go home, or wait around so I actually manage to do what I came for. I chose to wait. Upon returning at the time the lunch ended it was clear why they had needed to close- it was one poor woman by herself. Now to clarify, I am not denying anyone a lunch break at all, and if they’re on their own then that’s obviously the only thing they can do, however from a customer point of view it’s very inconvenient considering it’s not advertised anywhere until you turn up and it’s too late. When I came back after lunch there were already several people ahead of me and I debated just sacking it off, but I’d already committed too much time to give up at this point. There was no welcome, not even just a hi, so I sat down and waited my turn. Each person was rushed in and out of the chair, spending around 8 minutes in the chair. I ended up waiting around 45 minutes for my turn and spent a grand total of 5 minutes in the chair, the quickest out of everyone. In the end I was finished 2 hours after first arriving. My cut was rushed, and of a mediocre standard. To pay £10 for what I got was just poor. I pay £15 at my usual place, where the staff talk to you, and take their time, and don’t just give you one quick blunt cut all over. It would have to be much cheaper to justify the overall experience. In regards to the pricing, it felt unfair that my cut was more than the men’s, considering how much more time was spent on theirs, with the shaving and fades. I also don’t agree with advertising £7.99 and £9.99 all over the place, but then charging £8 and £10. It’s only 1p however it isn’t the point and if you have no intention of charging that price you shouldn’t advertise it. Overall, would never return here no matter how desperate I was. PS please get some more staff, despite my experience, I did feel sorry for the hairdresser who obviously had to work the whole day by herself. Couldn’t help but think, what if she needs the loo? How does she go with a constant queue of customers? As it’s not very safe or secure to leave customers alone downstairs.

I like the principle of £5 for a quick 'in and out' haircut. After all, a short back and sides is not complicated and can be a 10 minute job for an experienced barber. However, the quality of haircut is hit and miss. The most recent one involved such strange and high lines being trimmed around my ears that I just couldn't justify going back again. Events of recent times have at least provided the opportunity for haircuts at home by spouses, and I'm pleased to say that my wife did a better job on her first try than most barbers I've been to. Four haircuts later and the clippers have already paid for themselves.
