   The colours are watered down and they try to tell that's how they always are (DND 490 is my go to but someone at this salon it's salmon coloured). End up waiting 30 minutes even with an appointment. The last man who did my nails kept slapping my hand away for putting them under the lamp "too quickly". I'd not seen him there before, and this is where I draw the line. I won't be back.

   I went to Amy’s nails for the first time last week. I young man did them and I must say he is brilliant. I’m definitely sticking to this salon. Very pleasant atmosphere and a coffee on arrival.

   Poor customer service. Staff paid no attention to the look I wanted to achieve. I requested nail extensions a length and certain shape and after repeated attempts they were then the wrong shape and then too short to reshape. I also had my eyebrows waxed and the shape was again ignored she has left me with literally no hair and the top layer of skin under one brow was taken off leaving a raw wound after repeatedly waxing the same small spot. I wonder what training they have had?! Do not get your brows done here.

   I am a regular customer here and have rarely had problems, but I am very unhappy with the nails I last received. I showed an image of what I wanted, and also had the nails I wanted still on my nails (I came for infills) and he did not listen. The nails have also already chipped and he let me leave with a wonky nail and one with a dip in it that just looks awful, I usually love coming here but I am unsure if I will return :(

   As below, it's a hit and miss with a standard of how well your nails will be done. They talk to each other in their own language and once they even laughed at me for not understanding what they said. I find it highly disrespectful and disappointing. If you can do it somewhere else, don't think twice.

   This is an excellent salon , if you want a very fast, efficient and professional service . Appointments are not always necessary. Their resources are excellent and the small room is very comfortable and clean. There is little social intercourse due to the language barrier but the members ofstaff are all very pleasant and courteous . Prices are moderate.

   this is the worst place I ever been doing my nails: everywhere so dirty, they don't know anything about sanitation plays between customers, they can't do properly manicure, they can't clean normaly my cuticles and after coloring its look like you done it 2 weeks ago. Tools are not clean and cut badly, do not pass proper hot processing and cleaning. Gel was all over my nails

   Been going yrs Kim owner is so kind and does great job however adds prices as u go had time nails kept falling of but love going they do talk in own language can be intimidated as you don't know talking about you never have eyelashes done mine are almost bald and keep having touch up one month cost 80 kept falling of then friend I treated last week fell of in six days
